Amazon Games iD

Amazon Games
I led UX for a new identity system (similar to EA, Steam, and Battle.net accounts), guiding the entire design lifecycle: research, requirements, wireframes, prototypes, and a scalable design system. This platform allows users to store game progress, link accounts across services, and manage experiences seamlessly. Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Leadership ensured an intuitive, accessible solution that laid a strong foundation for future expansion.

Games Account Creation

Amazon Games
I tackled the challenge of designing a user-friendly account creation flow for both adults and children (protected by COPPA), ensuring parents could oversee their child’s gaming activity. Through extensive usability studies, iterative testing, and competitor analysis, I worked with a TPM to develop and validate the process. The result was a safe, streamlined onboarding experience supporting multiple user types and meeting regulatory guidelines.

The Discoverer

InboxLab
I enhanced a high-performing travel newsletter and social community by refining weekly email editions through A/B testing and user insights. Additionally, I designed a V1 website and user dashboard to extend the brand’s digital footprint, delivering curated travel destinations, tips, and local finds. This work broadened engagement and offered a richer experience to a global audience.
